With years of experience working in the NGO sector conducting field research on domestic and international crimes of exploitation, Malachi understands the problem at the ground-floor level. Having grown up as a street kid only deepens that understanding. He has a knack for connecting lessons with culturally relevant metaphors, maximizing comprehension. And his degree in social work only adds to the enthusiastic credibility he brings to the table.

After putting eight years of policing + supervisory experience under his belt with the Metro Nashville Police Department, Adam moved to South Asia with his wife and kids in 2017. Since then, he has been working with various organizations and businesses around the world, advising and building capacity in the international justice space. With a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Harding University and a master’s in Justice Administration from the University of the Cumberlands, Adam has dedicated his professional life to making the world a more just place for all people.

Suraj loves his country. As a passionate teacher equipped with a sharp intellect and gentle demeanor, he is developing the next generation for justice work. As an instructor Suraj prepares BA trainees to pass the government required entrance exams. This is no small task, as the exam covers topics ranging from Western pop-culture to Russian war history to complicated calculus! We are thankful to have Suraj on the team.

A civil engineer by education, Sanjog has a sharp mind and a heart for tutoring. His professional experience leading teams and working with students makes him a perfect fit for his role at Blue Anvil. Together with Suraj, he forms a powerful and engaging force preparing Blue Anvil trainees to not just pass their entrance exams, but smash them!
