At the end of the day, it’s the police who have the authority to write search warrants, make arrests, and enforce the law. No amount of NGOs, by themselves, are sufficient to ensure justice for the most vulnerable. 1. Ignite
We work with local social societies to ignite a movement for authentic justice. We do this by hosting events around the country (grappling tournaments, speaking engagements, etc.), creating thematic studies, etc.

2. Forge
We identify those drawn to law enforcement and forge them into the best possible candidates.. We do this through a three month intensive academy focused on the whole person: heart, body, and mind.

3. Reinforce
We support the officers we've trained with ongoing skills development and education to help them perform their important roles with excellence and rise in the ranks. We also use a mentorship model so they can stay in the fight, remain hopeful, and keep multiplying impact.
